The BLA have also agreed to join the Substance Information Exchange Forum (SIEF) Consortium as set up and coordinated by the European Lime Association (EuLA). The BLA are currently in the process of agreeing and signing the Consortium Agreement in which the association will act as a third party representative for its Member companies and vote accordingly at future Steering Committee meetings.
The Consortium will provide BLA Members with the ability to share core data with existing lime substance producers and importers throughout Europe.
